  • Schedule: Every Friday, 09:00 - 10:00 AM

  • What to Expect: A dynamic, strength-building session that fuses Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Strength Yoga. Ozzy guides you through powerful flows, breathwork, and meditation to enhance endurance, flexibility, and inner peace. This class is perfect for those looking to challenge their limits while maintaining mindfulness in movement.

Vinyasa Flow with Rengga

  • Schedule: Every Tuesday, 07:30 - 08:30 PM

  • What to Expect: A fluid and intentional flow led by Rengga Raphael, an experienced Ashtanga & Vinyasa practitioner. This class integrates movement, breathwork, and athletic precision, designed to help you improve flexibility, control, and mindfulness. Rengga’s background as an MMA fighter and BJJ Purple Belt brings a unique strength and awareness to the practice.
