Mysore Style: In our Mysore classes, you practice at your own pace under the guidance of our experienced instructors. This personalized approach allows for deeper exploration and refinement of your practice, making it suitable for both beginners and advanced students.
Led Class: Our Led classes are guided by the instructor, with everyone moving in sync through the Ashtanga sequence. This is a great way to experience the collective energy of the group while fine-tuning your practice.
For those new to Ashtanga, we offer Intro to Ashtanga classes twice a week. These sessions are designed to familiarize you with the foundational elements of the practice, ensuring you feel confident and prepared before joining our regular classes.

Thony Lu is Authorised Ashtanga Teacher Level 2
After completion of his first 200h Hatha yoga TTC and an-Eryt500h Yoga Alliance registered teacher.
Thony Lu has been instructing yoga in Bali since 2013. He graduated Ashtanga TTC500H and studied with great masters in 5 different schools including KPJAYI under the guidance of Guruji Sharath Jois.
